100 Smile Challenge: National Kiss and Make Up Day

Today, August 25, is National Kiss and Make Up Day.

I just texted my guy and asked if he has anything to fight about so we can kiss and make up…otherwise we will just have to move right into the kiss and make up part without the fight.

Today’s holiday is the perfect excuse to reach out and repair or simply strengthen a relationship that is strained at the moment.

My daughter and I are going through a tough time…teenage years and attitudes…she is at her great grandmas for a few days.  It is hard to see our kids go through challenges, but I know we will resurface with a new strength and understanding of each other…I just hope we resurface before she has a teenager of her own.  We will, we are talking and texting and coming up with plans to move us forward and closer together.  And she is spending some much-needed time with her great grandma.

If it is your best friend, lover, or child today’s Simple Smile Igniter is to Kiss and Make Up with someone you love and love having in your life.

  3. I think we all have at least one person we need to kiss and make up with. Been there, done that and it does feel great.
