It is the weekend, the two days a week that I allow myself to catch up and relax. So that is what I thought we could do here on the Mindfully Living in the Moment Challenge, let’s catch up on the idea generators of the last few days and relax. I am still putting thought into my list of 100 and coming up with possible habits to create that will support me in having a great holiday season. How about you? There may be some of you finding out about the Mindfully Living in the Moment Challenge for the first time today. Welcome and I am glad you are here. If you are looking for a holiday season with less stress and more meaning this could be the place for you. This month we will be setting a new habit that will support us as we move into the holiday season. I will not be focused on any specific holiday or religion, so whatever your holiday and however, you celebrate this time of year is not an issue. Just join us as we increase our ability to live in the moment without reminiscing about the past or worrying about the future.
