Work Towards Inspiring Goals and Purpose

Nothing is more motivating and rewarding than knowing your purpose, having goals that align, and a plan to achieve your most inspiring goals.  Smiles are a natural byproduct of the process of fulfilling a deep desire.

“You have to find a way of working that makes it dead easy to take full advantage of your inspired moments. They never hit at a convenient time, nor do they last long.”

Tip 1.  Cultivate Your Passion

Your passions are what matters most to your soul.  Passions ignite your spirit, provides mental and often physical stimulation, and engulf you.  Passions often start out in small ways; interest in a new hobby, an instructor bringing you new ideas, or trying out a new job.  That ignited spark grows into an interest that captivates you, makes you feel alive, creative, happy, free, and brings a sense of belonging.

Tip 2.  Bask in Contentment

Contentment is a positive term that carries a few misconceptions with it.  On the positive side contentment is the goal behind all goals; because once it is achieved there is nothing to seek until it is lost.  However, many trade the peace of contentment for the fear of being perceived as settling.

Tip 5.  Make a Positive Impact

Each day we consciously or unconsciously make the choice of how we will show up to the world.  We can show up in a positive way by bringing our best to all the situations we are in or we can be a negative force.

Tip 6.  Self Actualize

Beyond our basic needs for physiological, safety, love and esteem needs or motivations are met according to Maslow we have the need to self-actualize; a need to reach our individual potential.  The need to continual betterment of ourselves and the world around us is self-actualization.  Setting and achieving inspiring goals is a part of self-actualizing.

Tip 7.  Find Your Rhythm

There are rhythms to each day and to our energy patterns each day.  There are also rhythms in the phases of life.  Finding your own rhythm will allow you to settle into your natural energy and maturity patterns.  When you do this you will fall into sync with your life and utilize your energy to bring about your most inspiring goals.
