The 100 SMILE CHALLENGE is a series of Simple Smile Igniting Ideas that will help you find and create more smiles in your life.
The challenge is not in generating a smile, although there are days when that can be a challenge. The challenge of this 100 SMILE CHALLENGE is to generate a list of 100 things, people, events or activities that make you smile.
Your “list” can take on many forms. Your list can be an actual list, a collage, a photo album (digital or physical), or something else.
Every Wednesday I will share a resource for your collection of smiles. Please share what you use to remind you of your smile generators.
On the other days my intended editorial schedule is as follows:
Monday is Mindset Monday. A smile will not happen if your mind is cluttered, your attitude stinks, or your beliefs are standing in the way of your joy. On Mondays I will share important mindset information that will help remove any mental barriers that may be limiting the joy in your life.
Tuesday and Thursday are General Smile Generators. These will flow as inspired. Each typically includes a quote, an image, words of inspiration, and a smile generating activity.
Friday is Feel Fabulous Friday. Self care is a critical element when generating smiles. Every Friday my intention is to inspire you to take a little extra care of you.
Saturday and Sunday are days to meet a smile mentor. There is a post titled 27 Questions to Inspire a Smile. Every now and then I will share the responses I have received from others on these questions. If you would like to be featured in this section, please send the answers to 5-7 of the 27 questions with your name, website or blog, age, state and/or country to email@example.com I will let you know when your answers will run and send you the link.
Guest Bloggers will occasionally appear here. If you would like to be a featured guest blogger please contact me with your blog, contact info, and the topic you would like to blog about. Please ensure your topic aligns with the stated intentions of The 100 Smile Challenge.
